About Me
I am a Cailofrnia homemaker recently transplanted to Minot, North Dakota! I was pleasantly suprised at how quickly this town began to feel like "home". I love the people and the town. I miss my moutains and ocean, and most importantly, my children & grandchildren. But whenever I'm cooking or baking, I still feel like I'm doing it for my whole family. Each new recipe gets me excited to sharing it with friends and family.
Favorite Foods
Main dishes with sauces. I love the challenge of a good sauce on a great cut of meat. I also love baking anything. I'm learning how to do Scandanavian recipes now that we are in North Dakota and it's fascinating!
