Great Chili!

I used two cans of great northern white beans since I didn't have any dry beans. Poblano and jalapeno for the green chilis. Red and Vedallia onion.

Excellent. I'm done trying other crab cake recipes now, this is a keeper. I am going to lower the amount of bell peppers by a little bit and replace the difference with celery next time. Just a personal preference.

Once again Thanks Paula!"

We Love it! Another keeper recipe from Ina. Taking the time to caramalize the onions well really pays off and the Cayanne Pepper is great in this dip. I'm going to add a bit more next time too.

Thanks Ina!"

Wow. Another keeper recipe for me.. The rub / seasoning mixture just has the right flavor and heat for the salmon, great balance. It also gives it such a great color and presentation. I love blue cheese and the sauce is gourmet. I wouldn't mind if the sauce was a bit thicker but the taste is right on. Make this dish. You'll love it.""

Another 5 star rating. The Sauce is just so damn good. Creamy and smooth and rich... No wonder it's the number one Mac & Cheese recipe by far. I've got three of Ina's books and this recipe is worth the price of the book it's in alone.

Thanks Ina.""

Jan 16, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Simple. Great flavor! I did not check the weight of my tenderloin vs. what she has in her recipe, but as some people have said, be careful with the cooking time and temp. I love the high temperature at first then backing the oven down. I found that 15 minutes at 475 then another 40 at 350 was perfect.

Thanks Paula!""
