What exactly is the point of watering down the basic pumpkin pie recipe with cream cheese and increasing the calories with half and half? Also, why not use Splenda instead of sugar? It works just as well if not better than sugar. With this recipe, what you get is a pie that tastes LESS like pumpkin than Libby's time-honored recipe. I threw it...
