These tots were absolutely amazing. I followed the recipe exactly as written, and used Terra Sweet Potato chips (don't buy the flavored ones!) If you wet your hands prior to rolling the tots, it goes alot easier. The only modification I had....I baked them for 45 minutes and set them under the broiler for a few minutes on each side since my family...
