Disappointing. Very disappointing....I don't know if it was the cheese blend? The lack of enough tomato for the acid? There was just no "kick"...I even added Rotel and chili flakes for some 'spicy bites', but there was just no pay off. I've had, and made, better....."

Really good recipe...have been looking for a roasted lemon chicken recipe for a loooong time. The recipe omits pre-seasoning the chicken before broiling, so I did that w/ a fennel-tyme-salt-pepper rub. I didn't have the smoking problem as mentioned in another review, but that might have been because I lowered the oven rack a coule of notches in an"

Not a bad recipe, but could be better...I have been making my hummus w/ dried chikpeas (per Alton Brown), and when I now compare it to using this canned peas recipe, well, I must say AB is absolutely right when he says dry is better than cannned. I also find that if you follow this recipe, be prepared for a garlic 'hit'..you may want to start off "

Being from an Eastern European family from Romania, we have been eating "mamaliga" for as long as I can remember. Excellant tip on salting the cooking liquids. And I also gave a first-time shot at adding the mascarpone...that's a good one too! We Romanians prefer the coarse grit corn meal, so I use a 4-1 liquid-to-cornmeal ratio rather than the 3-"

Good beef recipe. However, I was rather stunned when watching the show the other day and Guy "flambe'd" the bacon drippings (He didn't remove any drippings from the pan, as per this recipe) w/ Jack Daniels, creating a rather large grease fire for all us tv viewers. You could tell it even caught him off-guard and by surprise. Like many of his other"

Otherwise...Love it.
