“Really Fantastic! 8 1/2x4 1/2 pan us fine. Previous comments said to much lemon. I just tasted the frosting and THEN added lemon juice accordingly.
Cake is moist and deep in flavors. Lemon in the frosting, cuts the richness, and thins it out a little so it doesn't become to stiff. Add to your own discretion.”
