"I've made this recipe many times and I've always gotten rave reviews - simple and easy to follow, loved the tip one reviewer gave about adding 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to each cup of flour used if you can't find self-rising flour. I use peaches with lite syrup to cut back on some of the calories but this is wonderful ""
