"I make this every year the day after Thanksgiving. I add a small bag of frozen peas, or frozen peas and carrots - whichever one I can find in the store. This is an awesome way of dealing with leftover turkey. I think the chips as a topping was an original idea and really make the dish. I highly recommend it to others, and have! Thanks Emeril!!""
