I made this last night, I was too lazy to look up the recipe and went from memory. I left a few things out like the basil and olives, also no vinegar in the pan sauce. Even without these the recipe was a big success. I work and commute, I am always looking for something easy to make in a short period of time for dinner. This recipe was perfect....

As usual Paula comes through with another great recipe!! This one is so delicious and simple!! I didn't cook the cocnut frosting as long as the recipe said because it was coating the spoon, but should have as it was a tad runny. Didn't affect the taste or the cake!! Everyone just loved it!!""

This is going to be the second time we are using this recipe. I only use the brining part of it. The first time, I cooked the turkey in a roaster on the counter. It was so moist and flavorful!!! The entire family was amazed!! Thanks so much for the recipe!! This year we fried it same amazing results!! Will definately keep on using this one...

Paula does it again! Simple and delicious!! I live in a small town and could not find cake flour so I found the recipe on line. Just put 2T cornstarch in the bottom of a one cup measuring cup then top with flour and level. I did this and PERFECTION!! My husband was impressed as well!!! Thank you Paula!!!!!
