"delicious and simple! however there's not a whole lot of heat in this recipe, so i kicked it up with some cayenne pepper on my chicken with the salt and pepper. (i also didn't have orange juice, but pineapple juice works just as well! tastes great with the cayenne too.) served on a bed of rice, which really absorbed the juice and made it all extra"
