Reviewed Senegalese Peanut Soup

Superb layers of flavor! I made this soup for a New Year's Day party. Prepped it the night before and warmed it in a slow cooker the next day. It was a HUGE hit even with people who typically weren't up to trying anything new. And for a party, it held up very well (didn't separate, flavors stayed good). ""
