Reviewed Chicken with Tarragon and White Wine
"I lost my job at the end of the year and vowed to learn how to cook. I've watched Giada for a couple of years, so I couldn't wait to try one of her more recent show recipes. It took me longer to make this recipe than indicated, but that was because I'm such a novice. My husband and I LOVED it. I made brown rice to serve with it. He had the leftovers again tonight and made a point of telling me how yummy it was. I also made the Sugar Snap Peas and Cucumber Salad, which we both also enjoyed.
