"I wish you could rate the sauce separately. I, too, did not care for the sauce so I used The Neelys' BBQ sauce recipe, minus a bit of the sugar, and my family is in LOVE with this pulled pork! "The pork is almost finished and smells wonderful, but so far the sauce seems to be really strong on the mustard flavor. I'm hoping adding the drippings makes it lighten up on that flavor a bit. "
