I am a retired telephone co,employee. I was an opr.then a suprv. than An asst. Mgr before I retired. For fun. I go to the beach,play volly ball. go on vacations , I love to visit different states. My pet peeves are 1. unfriendly obnotious people. and people who can't mind their business. I am a laryngectomy person so I speak with a special device. Ever since My operation ,I have developed a passion for cooking and Baking. My spcialty I think are cheese cakes. But I love to cook different meals that I get from food network cooks. they are great.

My favorite food to cook is Lemon sage chicken,lazagna, and new receipes I get from my favorite cooks on food network. I guess the dish I am most famous for is spicy beef Brisket.my Favorite Resturant is The Chowder Pot in Ct.
