"These cookies were very good, a nice twist to an otherwise bland cookie. I cooked them a little longer because the middle to me seemed a little raw tasting. Reading the reviews, I might try flattening them a little next time.
Reviewed Polvorones: Ground Walnut Cookies
"These were tasty and melt in your mouth. However, my family is Cuban and this is not what we call Polvorones (the Polovornes we grew up with were a Crisco/sugar cookie with guava in the middle) so I was disappointed LOL
