"I made this several times over the holidays and it was a hit each time. Tastes and looks stunning. I tried it with less salt because of the feta (which is pretty salty) and it tasted great.

"Best mashed potatoes ever! I don't like mustard and made them because my family loves mustard. Something about that mustard makes the potatoes really delicious. I tried various sausages and found the traditional english bangers to work best otherwise a strong sausage mutes the flavor of the potatoes.

"Taste great and beautiful presentation. I have made these several times now over the holidays and they were a hit each time. I agree with other reviewers that they need a longer cook time - I needed an additional 10 minutes. The tip to place the potatoes on a large spoon and then slice works like a charm.
