""Man Candy" - this is what this dish is called in my circle of family and friends. Always a crowd pleaser, especially with the guys. It can be partially made ahead of time (I wrap the bacon on the chicken the day before and refrigerate. You can't put the coating on until just before cooking-it will just liquefy overnight. They are a little time-consuming and pretty messy on the cleanup side (it's such a pain to clean cooking racks, but so, so yummy that they still get 5+ stars from me. "
