"I was looking for a recipe with black eyed peas to celebrate the new year and came across this recipe. I used the base of the recipe however swapped out the meat for beef stew and added vegetables i liked. I added cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, corn, potatoes and celery. Okra and butter beans were not invited to the party. I also skipped on the past"
