"This soup is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I just made it today and really enjoyed it. I can't wait for my dad who is Portuguese to try it I know he will love it. Very easy to make. I browned the Chorizo first before I put it in the soup. Also, I didn't use the mint since I didn't have any but I can't believe that it would have made it any better since it already was GREAT!! I thought I would need more Chorizo but as the soup cooked it was just perfect. I can't wait to make it again. This is definitely a keeper.
