Reviewed Golden Crushed Potatoes

"My Yukon Gold potatoes were a little bigger so I had to steam them an extra 10 minutes & I left them in the oven an extra 5 minutes. I forgot to salt them - both before & after baking - but it wasn't missed at all since I used garlic infused olive oil. Even my fiance (whose favorite forms of potato are french fries & boxed mashed potato mix) loved them. They were so buttery & delicious!! This is our new go-to potato recipe."
