Very tasty dish, but too much liquid! I double the recipe (for four filets and it was far, far too much. I also added a bit of lemon zest from the fresh squeezed lemon. The cilantro is a very nice touch to this dish. Our guests loved it!"

Reviewed Mushroom Soup with Bacon

Very tasty! I used about 60% mini bellas and 40% wild mushrooms. Also used white wine instead of sherry. Looking forward to left overs tomorrow."
