My Activity
Reviewed Raspberry-Vanilla Smoothie
"I made this with banana's and some left over fruit punch I had of my kids. It was amazing, and my 2 year old and 4 year old loved it. Wonderful recipe! I can't wait to get more fruit and make more smoothies for the family! ""
Reviewed Chicken Satay with Rice
"Pretty simple. I used her peanut sauce recipe, and it was like eating soy sauce. There was no other flavor or heat. Next time I will double the peanut butter in the sauce, and quadruple the heat."
Reviewed Spicy (or Mild Peanut Sauce
"It was not spicy or peanuty enough, but it has potential. I would add three times the hot, and double the peanut butter. That'd probably do it. We will be trying this again, with the adjustments made."
Reviewed Blondies
"This was the best recipe yet for blondies! The first one I tried was too sweet. This one is excellent. The next time I make this one, I am putting chopped walnuts in it, and making a maple and walnut sauce to go over it. With a scoop of good vanilla ice cream on the side, I'll never have to go to Applebee's again! Thanks food network!"
Reviewed Blondies
"These were overly sweet. They were very fudgy, and did not need the toffee or the chocolate chips in them. I am going to try a different recipe for blondies that calls for less sugar, and hopefully these ones will be more cake like."
Reviewed Blueberry Muffins
"These are amazing! The only variant I did was I used vanilla yogurt instead of plain. It's just what I had in the fridge. I did these with raspberries and blueberries. The blueberries were better only because there were no seeds, but this is divine. A must try!!"
Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese
"This has been a staple at my house for years. I do agree, take the time to hand grate in the sharpest cheddar cheese you can find. It makes a world of difference in this recipe.
Reviewed Emeril's Butter Cookies
"I made these, and used a 4 oz baby food jar as a cookie cutter. These were so amazing, I had to distract myself from eating the raw dough. On top of that, I used a 1/4 teaspoon, and made an intent in the center of the raw cookie. I then used the same teaspoon, and added nutella to the center. Positively divine!
