Made this and did not read the reviews, most everyone said too much stock and they were right, could have gotten by with 1/2 to 2/3 less stock. Served mine with risotto and it was great. Used salt free beef stock and some chicken stock, make sure to salt to taste, would be more flavorful. Added an entire (small) can of tomato paste as well.

Was way too much stock to use, 1/2 or even less would have done it. Served it with risotto. (I should have read the reviews before I made it, will in the future. Make sure to salt to taste. Use salt free stock instead of making (thank goodness) and needed salt as well.

I Baked this for several minutes longer, I have a thermometer in my oven, just needed a longer time frame. Over 60 minutes. I used exactly the spices that it said. Did not make the merigue. Can use whipped cream or plain. Like the recipe, have had ones with lemon, etc. this is just plain ole sweet potato pie!!
