About Me
I am a novice cook, do not always have to follow a recipe with a lot of my everyday items, but love food network and watch at least daily. I enjoy good food and love travelling and eating the foods of other cultures and countries. I have lived in Japan and travelled as much as possible. I took a 7 month Chinese cooking class in Japan and got certified to teach a class through the MMR in the military. I have never taught it, but have enjoyed the results all these years.
