I made this today and was amazed as to how good it was. My family loved it! I too skipped the jalapenos, but did buy one just in case someone wanted their portion with it. I also added the garlic. I fried some eggs and put them on top. My husband said it was definitely a TOP 5 on his breakfast list! I highly recommend this recipe. Great way to use"
