This was excellent. I only used 2 leeks, but I doubled the artichokes. It really was almost an entree- we ate it as a lunch. I was thinking about adding about 1.5 cups sliced portabellas, next as a variation, too. Really liked it.

It was good. I liked the flavors. I would have liked it stiffer, but I think I added too much margarine. I added salt to the water and to the finished product. Good.

Loved it used pepperoni, mushrooms and ham. Sprinkled herbs in olive oil to flavor top crust. Did not use giardiniera or lemon zest. Next time will make it for breakfast with sausage, cheddar , and vegetables. Very versatile. Highly recommend. Cook time for me about 18 minutes."

Excellent- will make again! I halved the salt to 1/2 tsp. It definitely makes plenty for 6-8. Delicious"
