Reviewed Fried Onion Dip

What a FANTASTIC and relatively easy dip to make!! I make 2 small changes-- I double the cream cheese on the recipe (find it makes for a slightly thicker/richer dip) and I also use the honey sparingly. It's almost sweet enough when you caramelize the onions (followed the recipe and found it way to sweet).

I've made this dish 2 times and I love it more each time. The only thing I do is instead draining the tomatoes I use all the fluid. I find it makes for a sauce. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing!!
