Reviewed Corn Casserole
"As written, I give this recipe 3 stars for being bland - way too much sour cream taste. With changes, I'd give it a 5. I use 1/2 stick of real butter, I add in a small can of mild green chili's, 2-3 finely chopped green onions, and a dash of garlic powder. I sometimes add in a finely chopped jalapeno, too. I use sharp Cheddar and the corn muffin mix in a small box.
