Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Very tasty and great the next day but there was very little left the next day. I've tried several cheese combinations and all worked well. I always salt pasta water generously which may be the problem with the bland reviews. Season to taste is an acquired art. This will remain in my recipe file. Thanks.

Gina, I love this recipe. The best pumpkin cheesecake I've ever made, but, Gina, why not sweet potato cheesecake? I used it and it just seems more appropriate! Reviewed Classic Shortbread Cookies in 4 Ingredients with added 1 ingredient Variations

I have been looking for a good shortbread cookie recipe forever. This one is great, easy and versatile. I added extra sugar to leave the cookies plain. Also I baked one batch at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes for a less brown version which also adds versatility for decoration and appearance. Excellent!. Thank you Claire. You rock, lady!
