Reviewed Creamy Hash Brown Casserole

Paula's slight tweeking of the traditional hashbrown casserole is a winner. . . not crazy avant garde as to be foreign to most, but updated so it would appeal to modern palates. That is, so long as you adjust the seasoning. I didn't really measure, but probably about 4 t of kosher salt (= 2 1/2 t of table salt?). Potatoes. Need. Lots. Of. Salt....

Ok, but nothing special, even using homemade brioche bread. Not nearly as good as the bacon, cheddar, apple and roasted onion mayo sandwhich featured on an earlier episode by Paula. That was awesome. This was just so so.
