I made this just as listed, except for the coleslaw (i just piled on more meat and kraut.0 this is FANTASTIC, and everyone is right, the dressing makes the sandwich. i used srirachi chili sauce, so it had a nice kick. i also toasted the bread a little before assembling the sandwiches so the sauce didn't make the bread soggy. everyone in my family...

i can only review the chicken as i did not make the rice. First, i halved the recipe for just me and my husband and it was very easy to do and worked out fine. i also used fresh chopped spinach which was wonderful. If you follow the recipe as written it will turn out GREAT! I, personally, would like more mushrooms, though, and maybe even a bit more...
