Reviewed Turkey -Pork Sliders

"This was a great alternative to a standard red meat slider recipe. I added cilantro, and used fresh onion and ginger. I also put in about 1 1/4 cups bread crumbs rather than the slices of bread. Cooked these for 5 minutes on each side on a gas stove. They were moist and flavorful. I topped mine with Frank's hot sauce, a squirt of mustard, and some spring greens. Delicious.
