Reviewed Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

"Great cookie, the texture was really good. I used palm sugar to lower the GI a bit since I'm diabetic, the no flour was what attracted me to them. Threw in some chopped peanuts and a handful of coconut and put the salt in the mix instead of on top, really satisfying when you want something sweet! I think next time I will put in a little less sugar""

"This is an awesome crisp recipe! I reduced the sugar in the apple and pear mixture by half and replaced the brown sugar with palm sugar to reduce the GI for the topping, and also replaced half the butter with coconut oil and it turned out awesome!
