"Fantastic recipe! Best batter recipe I have found so far. Took another reviewers input on using two egg whites instead of one egg. Substituted mango for orange. Make sure oil is hot enough otherwise fish will be greasy and batter does not cook as well on the inside. A sort of crispy gooey texture. "

"Meh! I used cod and a cast iron skillet. It looked beautiful on the outside but lacked flavor on the inside. Texture was great until I got to the inside of the fish. Hated to throw it out because it was so pretty."

"Pretty nice. Used light corn syrup Not too sweet like other recipes Ive tried. Didnt have a deep dish pie crust, a regular sized one worked just fine.
