Reviewed Teriyaki-Glazed Pork Spare Ribs

Very good recipe, though I used a whole pork loin and put it on the rotisserie. I put the rub on and put it on low so it would get a nice crispy crust, then marinated it for the next 3 hours. Very tender, nice flavor!

Absolutely brilliant! I was a little hesitant at the thought of orange zest and cloves, but what an amazing twist on an old standard. The horseradish sour cream was the perfect accompaniment! A definite keeper!
