Reviewed Herb-Roasted Lamb

"I tested this dish tonight because I was considering serving it for a dinner party this weekend. It was absolutely delicious. I didn't think I was going to love it, but I do. It is easy and elegant and I can't wait to serve it to my guests. People said it was too salty, but that is how it is supposed to taste, garlicky and salty and rosemary-y. Ha. It was very flavorful. I cooked it at 450 for about fifteen minutes before I realized that was going to be too hot (and I have a viking and it was clean). I turned it down to 350 for about 45 minutes and then back up to 450 for the last 15 minutes (and I still smoked up the house). Make this, you will love it. Ina does it again. How? She is right all the time!

Reviewed Chicken Salad Veronique

"You will ask yourself how something so simple can taste soooo good. I have never had better, and I order chicken salad wherever I go. Since I am anti-grapes in my chicken salad, I substituted craisins and sliced almonds instead. I could sell it buy the pint around here. Truly a winner.

Reviewed Smoked Salmon and Egg Salad Tartines

"Holy moly! If you are reading this review, I assume you are looking for something delicious to make. Search no further. This is the best egg salad you will ever taste. Anywhere. Period. Pairing it with the salmon is genius. You will eat it and not believe it was you who made it. Your guests will taste and then you really feel like a star. This recipe makes you want to come up with a reason to host a luncheon!!!!!!!! Thanks, Ina!

Reviewed Manly Man Lasagna

"This lasagna costs $200 to make. Make sure you chop the liver extra fine or you will get what tastes like a mouthful of cheesy pate. Also make sure you have the entire afternoon to devote to this dish. That being said, it really is delish. Best I ever made.
