Reviewed Cornish Pasties
"I thought these were really really tasty! I used a whole lb. of ground beef, 2 large red potatoes, a large yellow onion, double spices, a few dashes worchestershire and some garlic powder... and added carrot. We made them smaller than 6" diameter, prob more about 4", which worked great because we made them as a heavy appetizer for a party and the r..."
Reviewed Cream of Asparagus Soup
"Yummy! Perfect for a winter evening!! I made this soup last night and it was sooooo easy!! I followed the recipe exactly, but since I only had one bunch of asparagus, and it was just for me, I cut the chicken broth down to 4 cups and the sour cream to about 1 cup (8 oz). Reviewed Upside-Down Apple French Toast with Cranberries and Pecans
"This turned out fantastic! I made it exactly like Tyler and used a Le Creuset pan and everything was perfect! One note: Definitely put a sheet pan on the bottom rack, mine bubbled over and now I need to clean the oven!!!
Reviewed Chicken Tetrazzini
"I made this last night and halved it, and still have a ton leftover. I added a bit more milk and cream as suggested and it was sooo yummy. I know some reviewers have said they use rotisserie chicken, but except for saving time, you are giving up one of the best flavors in this dish! I just pounded out my chicken breasts a bit (because they were huge) and they cooked up in a snap. My roux was a bit lumpy, so I will need to try and add the liquid slower and maybe use more butter. I used 2% milk. I didn't find this dish was too much work, just prep your area and go for it! For leftovers I stirred in a bit of milk and baked a small dish at 350 until bubbly. Soooo good, can't wait to make it again!
