"Just made this for dinner tonight, and it was delicious!!!!!! Im soo happy I now know how to make a vodka sauce :) Deff. going to become a repeated dish. Next time Im gonna make chicken cutlets with it tho.

I upped the ingrediants to make 6 servings instead of four, which was plenty for 5 people, but this is soo good that you may eat more than one serving. Only suggestion I would make is when you go to add the reserved pasta water, add a little bit at a time & see how it goes. I added the whole 1/2 cup & the sauce was a little bit too loose & watery. If i added just a bit less it wouldve been perfect.
