"My brother in-law and I made this for our ladies for Valentines as an appetiser and they loved it! After reading some of the reviews, I used both mint and basil and it was full of flavor. This is going into our recipe collection for sure. I made it the day before but next time I am going to make it days ahead. IThis didn't sound like my kind of dish but I loved it too. Ann Burrell is one of my favorites, although I would love to know what she has against black pepper!!!
