Reviewed Creamy Parmesan Polenta

I made this with Ina's Chicken Piccata. I'm glad I read the reviews, though, because I too was using store-bought chicken stock. I used about 1/2 tablespoon of kosher salt and the seasoning was perfect like that. I also slowed cooked it with the wooden spoon for 15 minutes because I wanted it to be slightly thicker and it turned out beautifully. T"
