"It came out pretty good. It was my first time having lamb. I used regular balsamic instead of balsamic vinegar because we don't live bitter meats. I let the lamb sit in the sause for an houre before cooking. Then I added red wine to the sause and cooked the sause a good while. If I made this again I would not add as much balsamic.""

I used jar marinara instead due to time. I also didn't put oil in my pan when precooking the egg plant. It still toasted nicely, but didn't add to much oil that every one was talking about. I will defiantly make this again and I don't even like egg p""

About Me

I work full time as a retail manager. But I love to cook and do so at every chance I get. My husband has diabetes so I have fun coming up with new foods that have no carbs, sugar or sugar subsetuts  

Favorite Foods

I love all kinds of foods but mostly old styl. I eat old recipes of Italian, French, Asia, and of cors clasic American. I also eat tridistional Phillino. Some of it can be scary looking, but when you go over to familys to eat, you have to try it!
