I let the lamb sit in the sause for an houre before cooking. Then I added red wine to the sause and cooked the sause a good while. If I made this again I would not add as much balsamic.""

I used jar marinara instead due to time. I also didn't put oil in my pan when precooking the egg plant. It still toasted nicely, but didn't add to much oil that every one was talking about. I will defiantly make this again and I don't even like egg p""

I love all kinds of foods but mostly old styl. I eat old recipes of Italian, French, Asia, and of cors clasic American. I also eat tridistional Phillino. Some of it can be scary looking, but when you go over to familys to eat, you have to try it!
