"I could only find a 3# roast at the store so i just stayed with the same amount of mushrooms, onions and broth. I like extra gravy with my meat, i added carrots the last 30minutes of cooking, tender and yummy, i had to thicken the gravy with cornstarch but just did this little at a time for my liking, I put the roast back in the gravy after thicke"
