“Fixed this for Christmas Dinner, was one of the best turkeys we have ever had. We cooked it in a roaster, instead of the oven, and it still came out perfect and very juicy. The only difference was the skin didnt brown, but that really isnt a bad thing. Will put it in oven next time to brown skin then transfer over to the roaster, so not a big deal.
