My Activity

Reviewed Orzo with Artichoke Pesto and Grilled Corn

"Loved this! The lemon added the perfect touch. Two things:I halved the recipe and that was enought to feed 4-6 people in and of itself so I would use less pasta as well or at least maintain using half the recipe. Also, I add more salt but it's to taste so...my two favorite pasta salads come from Giada!"

Reviewed Almond and Lemon Biscotti Dipped in White Chocolate

"So was so good. It is now one of my favorite things to make. I also change up the chocolate to either dark or milk or black and white :)""

Reviewed Brie En Croute

"I love baked Brie but thought I would add a little something for my picky guests so tried this! It was like eating a Cinnamon Roll with a hint of Brie in it...YUMMMY! And all my guest loved it to! Going to serve this every holiday now!

Reviewed Chocolate Spiced Pork Chops

"Super easy! And it was so good. It did need a little more salty flavor so instead of onion powder I just used onion salt. I used the tip that the 3 minutes in the oven was a typo *grin* and cooked them for 8 minutes and they turned out perfect. My guests left with the recipe and said it was the best pork chop she had had in years. Paired it with a wild mushroom risotto and roasted asparagus, it was a perfect dinner. Will definately be using this rub again.
