"Made this last night. Best beef stroganoff I've ever had. I don't even consider myself much of a cook and it still was amazing. I followed the recipe to the T except I didn't butter the noodles or garnish with parsley. Also, 2 inch cubes of beef seemed really large so I only did .75-1inch cubes.
