Reviewed Chicken and Dumplings

Tasty recipe. Here's what I did to improve it. I diced the chicken instead of shredding it. Added 1/2 cup of onions to the carrots, celery, and garlic saute. Also, the 1/4 cup of flour isn't enough. I used 1 cup flour to thicken it to a more favorable consistency. You will need to add more butter to the flour to create a proper roux."
