"I just made this cheesecake for a dinner party and it was awesome! It was so simple and tastes like chocolate heaven. I made one change and spread ganache over the entire top. I served it with a dollop of whipped cream at the wide end topped with a chocolate covered espresso bean and decorated the plate with raspberry puree.
