Reviewed Spaghetti alla Carbonara
"This recipe was quick and very delicious. It was also easy to make which is a plus. I didn't end up using any of the water that I drained from the past pasta. I liked the consistancy without it. I will warn that as a person who LOVES flavorful dishes, the Pancetta is very very salty so I'd either use very little additional salt or substitute the Pancetta for Prosciutto which is less salty.
I was very happy to be able to make a sucessful Carbonara with out using cream or milk. Must try this recipe!
