Reviewed Smoked Sausage and Black-Eyed Peas
"Very tasty! I was concerned about other reviewer stating it was watery, so I sauteed the sausage and veggies in olive oil and added 2 T of flour before pouring in stock. Also, only used 1/2 of the broth and turned out very nice. Served over rice.
