"I freakin' LOVE THESE! I converted them to Gluten Free and it was INCREDIBLY easy. Most things take a lot of effort, time, and resources to convert over to GF - I just changed the flour (Red Mill bread mix) and added 1/2 Tbs baking powder and they were perfect! I have missed biscuits SO BAD! I'm from the south - it's a staple. Thanks Ina! You're recipes rock my face off. :) (and YES! Add cheese, it's YUMMY!)"

"Horrible! Absolutely horrible! I did everything to spec - and the texture is TERRIBLE. SO DRY! They literally crumbled and I could pick one up w/out it falling apart. And after a bite I had to drink half a glass of sweet tea just to get the dry bits gone.
I would suggest using a different recipe. Yuk. "

Gracie - if you don't have a food mill (ricer) you can use a food processor and just pulse it.
I am moving from GA to the UK shortly to get married and am looking at recipes for what I will be cooking in my new kitchen!!
