Oh. My. Gawd. This is SO GOOD. I left the chile out of the rice so it would balance out the chicken a little bit, and my husband and I just scarfed down a "taste" (a bowl). It is sooo good. I freakin' LOVE THESE! I converted them to Gluten Free and it was INCREDIBLY easy. Most things take a lot of effort, time, and resources to convert over to GF - I just changed the flour (Red Mill bread mix) and added 1/2 Tbs baking powder and they were perfect! I have missed biscuits SO BAD! I'm from the south - it's a staple. Thanks Ina! You're recipes...

Reviewed Gluten-Free Blueberry Muffins

Horrible! Absolutely horrible! I did everything to spec - and the texture is TERRIBLE. SO DRY! They literally crumbled and I could pick one up w/out it falling apart. And after a bite I had to drink half a glass of sweet tea just to get the dry bits gone.
I would suggest using a different recipe. Yuk. "

Avalong - if you scroll back up and look at the button next to the recipe button there are 72 reviews from folks that have tried it - they're very helpful! And apparently, it's VERY tasty!! :)
Gracie - if you don't have a food mill (ricer) you can use a food processor and just pulse it.
