Reviewed Twice Baked Potato Casserole
"This recipe was fabulous. Very easy to complete. Great make ahead dish. I served it with Veal Osso Bucco.
Variations - eliminated the bacon, precooked the onions so they were soft and sprinkled chives and just a little parmesan cheese on top before baking.
